Stuck Bronze , Silver , Gold , Low plat ? Here is the solution ! -Season 8

       Play Around your win conditions:
            Understand how your team will win the game in theory.
                           Who on your team excels under which conditions? 
                                      -Nasus split? 
                                      -Sona Team-fight? 
                                      -Kassadin pick? 
                                      -Ezreal siege?

                        Monitor the gamestate and adjust your plan.
                             nasus is 0-5 = time to focus on 6-0 kayn

                        Avoid enemy strength,play around your strength. 
                             Do Not gank losing lanes.
                             Relentlessly camp winning lanes 
                                       -no summs, weak 2v2, psychology win 

                        Pay attention to item thresholds 
                             Do not fight bot if enemy complete ie and your adc has only pieces.

        Shotcall the right objectives: 
            Kills do not matter unless they convert to objectives
                        Inhib >Baron > Tower >Dragon > Buff 
                        Get the closest and safest objective possible
                        Watch death timers and decide how much you can get .
                         it takes ~30 seconds for enemies to rach mid-map
                             - T2 boots and certain abilities will increase speed
                        check items and composition before baron attempt
                             -does your team have enough armor? 
                             -do you have enough damage ?
                             -does the enemy have strong AOE ?
                         Do not 50/50 baron if the enemy jg is alive.
      
      Control vision:
                        Your mission as a support is to deny all vision.
                        You should buy tons of control wards and sweep often
                                 Consider ingenious + zombie + ruby
                                 Sweep first before you ward if zombie
                        Be careful when you ward!
                                They see you if you are clearing a ward
                                        -Do not fight for control wards unless you have help
                                        -Ask allies to help you ward
                        You need to prepare vision around key  areas early  
                                         Set up drag and baron 30s early     
                                               - If you deny vision the enemy cannot contest 
                                         Help splitters with vision
                        Advanced : ward in spots that are less likely to be swept
          Force Favorable Fights:
                         You must direct your team to make productive progress.
                         Do not let allies just wander around--especially if winning
                         Enemies will naturally group if they are behind 
                                -They will pushed into a smaller actionable area
                          You must get your team to group 
                          Set up vision and bait baron or another key objective 
                                  -Wait around red or blue ( DO NOT TAKE BUFF!!)
                                  -Wait in a bush near a splitter 
                                  -Drop and Oos pink near visible area 
                                  -Kill from a bush 
                           Play a hard-engage champ or high damage champ 
          Communicate max info to team :
           Track all cooldowns that you can  
                               -Ping enemy summoners and play around them 
                               -Announce enemy ults 
                               -Watch ally summs ( teleport and smite )
                                -Ping allies back if you are missing summs
                      Track the enemy jungler and warn allies
                      Announce big item purchases by enemy  
                              -"care kat has her gunblade" 
                      Ping allies back if you think they might start bad fight   
                                -Let allies die if they are doing something silly
